Do I need an account?
Sign in with Google or Apple, or continue on your device. Device entry also lets you record clock-ins, breaks and instructions. Records stay on your device.
Where are my records stored?
Work records and photos stay on your device. They aren't uploaded to our servers. Purchase verification and optional account sign-in are processed separately.
Are overnight shifts split at midnight?
No. A shift starts at clock-in and continues until clock-out, even the next day. Attachments can be linked to the same shift.
How are breaks different from waiting?
Record time you could rest freely separately from time waiting to respond. Waiting isn't automatically deducted as a break.
Can I keep recording for free?
Yes. Free includes unlimited shifts and events, one workplace, unlimited PDF and Excel exports covering up to one month each, and manual backup.
How do monthly, annual and lifetime Plus differ?
Only the period and payment method differ. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically; lifetime is a one-time purchase. All Plus features are the same.
