The terms for recording your work and organizing it when needed.
Scope of service
Batja records work facts entered by the user and organizes them into PDF and Excel files. It does not make legal determinations about employment or amounts owed. You are responsible for checking the content's accuracy and deciding whether to submit it.
Free use
Free includes unlimited shifts and events, one workplace, unlimited PDF and Excel exports covering up to one month each, and manual encrypted backups. Sign-in or payment is not required to start recording.
Batja Plus
Monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and lifetime access include the same Plus features: multiple workplaces, PDF and Excel exports with no date-range or frequency limits, photo/edit-history PDFs, personal cloud backup and no ads. The final price and period appear in the store before payment.
Payments, cancellations and restores
Apple App Store or Google Play manages subscription payments, renewals and cancellation. Access after cancellation and refunds follow the store's terms and policies. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase with no time limit on Plus access. Restore purchases with the same store account on a new device. Work records require a separate backup restore.
Keeping your records
Records are stored on your device. Back up important data before deleting the app, resetting or losing the device. We cannot recover an encrypted backup if you forget its password. Manage exported files and personal cloud data in their respective storage locations.
Access verification and service changes
Paid access follows store verification. A confirmed refund, revocation or expiry can end Plus access. Offline access uses the last verified status for up to 7 days and never extends beyond subscription expiry. Ending access does not delete device records. Changes affecting features or terms will be announced in the app or website.
Purchases, offer codes and restoration
A code redeemed in the store becomes a purchase transaction. Open the app to verify its benefits with the store. You do not need to enter a redeemed code again. Registering or restoring the same transaction does not grant benefits or access time twice. Auto-renewable subscriptions follow the store-verified expiry date. Lifetime access does not stack. A purchase already linked to another active account cannot be linked twice. Restore on the original account or contact support. If the original installation was deleted, only remaining rights supported by verified store ownership can be recovered. Expiry, usage and refund history do not reset. Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription.
